Q: What is Ridgey's Store all about? (Steve - Narellan 2567)

A: Hi Steve, great question, I s'pose more words than less here would probably help.

It seems like a lifetime ago now - but, in the interests of transparency I must aknowledge that there was a period of time when Ridgey's Store was not the #1 store on the web. Ridgey's Store had been in the back of my mind for a while. My love of good quality, vintage style tees that mean something to others as well as me drives us to find and recreate or design from scratch nostalgia evoking tees.

Q: Your tees are pretty much the best on the internet and fairly priced, what's the trick?

A: No tricks, we are an open book here at Ridgey's. If we were in it for the dollars alone... well there's always an easier way to make money. We sell tees, made of cotton, which make you feel good when you wear them. Which if you really break it down, means, we use cotton - which is a resource heavy crop - responsibly. And shame on anyone who doesn't. "Finger pointing" at every other brand around tsk tsk.

Q: There are so many options online, why should we choose Ridgey's?

A: Great question. Well, at Ridgey's we don't do fads, we just do our own thing. If we feel like making an amazing nostalgic tee about anything we want, well... we're just going to do it. And if that tee happens to stoke you a little bit, then we get a big bit stoked.

Q: Why are you the number 1 store on the web?

A: We sell things, because that's the way the world is, if i could I would only charge shippping. But my kids need to eat and all that blah blah stuff. So i sell tees and other clothing that makes you feel good. Reminds you of a time that was awesome. Lets you keep the awesome memories for longer.

Our tees keep the memories fresh, and add just a little bit of extra joy to a world which can be demanding.

So time poor, so task rich.

If our tees make you feel just a little bit happy in your day, we have got what we need. And that's why we're the number 1 store on the internet.

Q: How long does it really take to get tees shipped?

A: A couple of days normally. If we're on the piss, defintely a couple of days. If it's a Wednedsay or a Thursday night when you are ordering, there's a good chance we will be hungover on the next morning, so don't expect same day service... But having said that, if we're up early and sharp, well it could ship immediately.

Q: I want to return an item, can I come in to your warehouse and try on a different size? (Georgia W, 4208)

A: If you can figure out where we are, have an actual green lit, returnable, because of no fault of your own actions, (Ridgey's Team is thoroughly trained in conflict resolution) then come on in and try your luck. We only ask you keep your voice down during the negotiation process.

Also, Georgia, have you heard of google? I will not allow you to drive bloody 1000 kms to return or exchange an either slightly too big or slightly too small, amazing, makes you feel like a million bucks tshirt. Realistically, you'd have to be nuts to drive 2k kms to hand deliver a tshirt you'd bought online. Sorry Georgia, you're a freak, and I don't mean that in a good way. Stay out of our dms pls.
